This Privacy Policy explains how 3AKINGS LLC ("3AK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the 3AK mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

3AK is a sprint and track & field training app that provides personalized training plans, race and event tracking, AI-assisted form and nutrition analysis, and community features. The App is operated by 3AKINGS LLC, located in the United States (Texas).

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

• Account information: your name, email address, username, password (managed by our authentication provider), profile photo, and bio.
• Onboarding & profile details: your athletic goals, chosen events, personal bests, training days, experience level, injuries, biological sex, age, and body metrics (such as height and weight) that you enter to personalize your plan.
• Community content: posts, comments, reactions, and any photos or videos you choose to share.
• Support communications: messages you send us.

b) Health & fitness data

With your explicit permission, and only where you enable it, the App reads health and fitness data through Android Health Connect to power your training Insights. We read only:

• Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO₂ max, and sleep.

The App does not write data to Health Connect. We use the data we read solely to display your training insights. We never use your health data for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can grant or revoke this access at any time in Health Connect and in your device settings.

c) Camera, photos, and media

With your permission, the App uses your camera to record sprint-form videos for AI analysis, to scan food barcodes, and to power the daily challenge counter. Videos and images you capture or select may be processed for these features (see AI Features below) and stored as part of your account when you save them.

d) Purchase and subscription data

When you subscribe, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, and subscription status is managed by our provider RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive your subscription status, plan, and related transaction identifiers.
